Skywest Limited interview questions

First they introduce the job details, open for questions/answers. Then, we had to wait outside for about 2 hours, there were 3 recruiters, and they would call one by one. It was about 5 questions of how we would handle a situation, or to tell a experience that we had, how we handle this situation, difficult customer, etc.
