I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Slalom Build
Interview
The interview process was smooth with an initial phone screening and then a phone tech round (asked a range of technical questions covering basics of common topics). The 2nd round was on-site (this was before COVID) with a white board round where the interviewer asked 2 coding questions and if you did good, then can offer to ask more questions on basic topics. There was a behavioral round too just after the white board tech round with the interviewer asking range of questions about past project experiences and the common "tell me the time when.." type questions.
