the first round with associate, second round with HR. not super formal/technical, they care more about your soft skills/personality and how well you would fit in with the office. interview process was around a month total.
My interview process consisted of three phone interviews with varying levels of personnel at the firm. Every level of personnel is involved in the hiring process, from associates to CEOs.

Ibreached out to HR to learn more about entry level positions. I got a response very quickly and came in for an interview the following day. It was more like a lighting round interview with a mid levels and a VP. I was somewhat unprepared but so were my interviewers. I got no response from anyone after the interview.
