I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SmartProcure (Deerfield Beach, FL) in Jul 2013
Interview
- Standard conversation with in-house recruiter (Kristen) over the phone
- Face to face interview with Kristen and then met Jack Siney (VP of Sales), introduced to Jeff Rubenstein (CEO)
- Offer two days later

Question 1
- What do you know about SmartProcure?
- What value do you think you can bring to SmartProcure
- What are your strengths/weaknesses?
- Why did you leave your last company?
It was a quick and smooth process. Definitely not one of those companies that drags out the interview process and whenever there was a delay in next steps I was at least given updates which I appreciated.
