Product is really awesome to work with, they provide you a laptop

Cons

They don't care about anything but sales and the salespeople lie constantly to close the deals and then the client experience department is left to tell the truth and deal with irate customers for the length of their contract.

Boss is CTO. Great guy, very smart and passionate. Super understanding about the whole development process and will treat you as a fellow coder, not as a cog. The whole company is going through a big expansion. Lots of exciting new technologies to explore. Functional programming :)
