Very disappointing. The person that scheduled the interview completely forgot, I arrived and was told they would not be attending and that a member of a different team would have to do it instead. The person who took over couldn't do it correctly as it was a different department, and it was clear they had no desire to be there. Worst of all, Smart Search are another one of the companies out there that don't believe in communicating interview results with candidates. It disgusts me that these organisations expect candidates to jump through so many hoops, rounds and rounds of interviews, travelling and spending petrol money to visit their offices, and they cannot even uphold the common decency to notify you of the outcome. Despicable. Tells you everything you need to know about the culture of a company in my opinion. Dodged a bullet.
