SmartSearch interview questions

The interview process, or more accurately, the lack thereof, is indicative of a company that, in my opinion, postures above its station. When you advertise for senior position roles in a supposed attempt to grow your company, you should expect senior level candidates. As one of these candidates, having not received any feedback for almost two weeks after being informed it would be no more than one week, and ultimately having to chase the hiring team, I find this entire process bizarre, alienating and totally unprofessional. A huge red flag for me is that the hiring department consists of one individual. Never in my career have I seen such a supposedly impressive company operate in such an unimpressive manner. My recommendation: SmartSearch are seeking senior-level staff, but they do not have the infrastructure or business acumen to support this. If you are a competent and senior specialist, I would look elsewhere.
