Interview
The interview process was detailed, quick, and consists of 5 rounds total - 5 assessments, a video recorded interview and a live interview. Round 1 is your application, round 2 included 3 assessments - a basic personality assessment, situational assessment, and a typing test (must be able to type at least 34wpm). Round 3 consisted of 2 more assessments- an aptitude test and a computer/internet skills test. Round 4 was a video recorded interview, and the final round was a live Zoom interview. The recorded interview was about 6 questions using the STAR technique. The live interview was laid back, no typical interview questions except for maybe one which was “how do you handle multi-tasking?” and they also ask about you work from home setup. They want to hear that you have a quiet-and stress free environment with no distractions. The last bit of the live interview I shared my screen with her and did some speed tests and checked the RAM memory on my computer. The minimum required is 8gb RAM.
