Smooth-On interview questions

interview was very easy, go in answer simple questions and then done, met with production manager and HR rep. they seemed friendly enough, got tour after interview of place, looked like an ok place to work

Very unprofessional. HR was almost 10 minutes late for the appointment, and then a very poor excuse was given as to why. I was given extremely vague responses to key questions, or they were side stepped entirely. I was asked about my personal life, including if I had children, and other inappropriate interview questions. Overall, I was treated as if they were doing ME a favor by interviewing me. Definitely not a place I would have ever accepted any offer after the bad initial interview.
