There are two virtual interviews. Interview consisted of behavioral and casual questions; ex. Tell me about yourself, your improvement area, why CPA, why this firm, etc. The questions were not very surprising. The hiring process is probably the fastest in this firm.

Tell me about yourself, your improvement area, why CPA
From the very beginning, they clearly tell you that they don't want you with their attitude , although the interview was professional. Got invited to the second round (unbelievable), and again, same "we don't want you" attitude.
I applied through CPA recruit last fall but didn't get an offer. Overall, interview process was pleasant and quick. It was a one on one interview with HR. They want to know your personality.
