I spent a lot of time doing the slides focusing on my design process as requested. But the team leader disturbed me a couple of times during the presentation. At the end, she still didn't understand what my project did. The company likes to develop interns to full time and finally team leader. I want to say if you have never done other types of projects/industry before, try to listen before asking questions that might be included in my following slides. I knew you were rushing to finish the interview. But that just showed how unprofessional you were. The whole interview had 2 other designers online but the team leader didn't let the others say a single word. Got the rejection email the next day and told me the reason was visual (I showed my visual in my portfolio did you even look? The slides I was told to focus on the design process. It was the worst interview I ever took. But I already got a way better offer so just want to help other friends here.
