Sorry to hear that you've had a bad interview experience. We would like our candidates to know that we take our interviews very seriously and there are several phases that come before the panel. The steps prior to a panel/final interview require an investment of time on both sides. First, one must have a phone interview, then an in-person interview with the Director of Sales, and then a Ride Day with either the Director or another member of the team. If you are selected, only at that point are you then scheduled with the President, VP of HR, VP of Sales, and the hiring manager. We are here to answer questions through the entire hiring process. If something was asked and the answer was made unclear, we would encourage asking a second time. We do the same for candidates. Being transparent from the very beginning is valuable since we recognize time is an investment for both the candidate and company.
With regards to our base, we offer uncapped earning potential. We stand behind our commission plan and take great pride in its stability. We know it works and that it’s rewarding therefore, it hasn’t changed since the time our CEO started with us.
