Interview
I brought in a portfolio of my previous work. I was asked some basic questions. I had already worked for the company and was previously making $17 per hour in a different province. She told me that was not going to happen and I would be paid $13.60 and don't expect a raise for a very long time, which turns out was never. She should have said don't expect a raise ever.
Super easy, casual
Interviewed with two managers in the upstairs office
Took about 15 minutes total and was offered the job on the spot.

Interview
I was interviewed by the assistant store manager and the bakery manager. They asked me the usual questions and then took me downstairs to the bakery to decorate a cake.
