Appeared for 4 rounds. The first three rounds moved quickly, and was updated timely. Final round was supposed to be taken by CEO; before a day recruiter informed that CEO is travelling. Final round was scheduled for 31 March, and it finally happened on 6th May. After that multiple follow ups, only to hear after 25 days that your profile is on Hold with no other feedback shared.
But in this entire process I do want to share that over the years for the first I have worked with a recruiter who was so humble and always responsive! She is one of the best recruiter I have crossed my paths with.

Good experience. It was scheduled and conducted on time and the revert was very quick as well. I was also allowed to ask questions. Though I expected better responses to the questions.

What different kinds of materials you have worked on?
Over the course of one year, I was contacted multiple times by different HR representatives for the same role. Each time, I was asked to confirm my interest and availability, and each time the communication stopped completely after the initial discussion. There were no updates, follow-ups, or closure provided in any of those instances.
In every first-round call, I was asked the same introductory questions about my experience and background—information that was already clearly outlined in my resume. Based on the nature of the conversations, it often felt as though my application had not been fully reviewed before I was contacted. After answering the same questions repeatedly and then receiving no further communication, the process came across as unstructured and unclear.
I later noticed similar feedback from other candidates in both the interview and review sections on this platform, which suggests that my experience was not isolated. It appears that there may be ongoing coordination gaps within the hiring process that affect consistency and candidate communication.
To improve, it would help if the recruitment team ensured thorough application review before reaching out, avoided repeated outreach for the same role without progress, and provided timely updates so candidates are not left without closure.
