I personally took a lot of initiative throughout my candidacy for the guest service agent position. I put a lot of time in preparing for my interview and made sure that the company was within a clear alignment of my personal goals. I interviewed once however spoke to several counterparts of the management team. My only concern is not receiving an official written offer and any necessary information until my first scheduled workday with the company, if I wasn’t so optimistic and willing to be patient in the companies process , this could be very concerning or even create anxiety for a candidate. All in all, my experience was both informative and positive as I mostly enjoyed the beautiful exchange of professionalism and communication.
