Great interview process. Took a few months due to system errors in their company. first had the assessment centre where candidates were put into breakout rooms dependent on location. then followed by panel interview which was supposedly meant to be a week later but then happened 2 months later. Had trains booked twice but interview was cancelled and rescheduled both times, still awaiting reimbursement for these. The panel interview was good, they do intentionally put the pressure on you to see how you handle the sales environment. Just ensure you are confident with what you are saying. Unfortunately I did not make the final interview due to my nerves playing up! But was a good experience and great practice.

Long, Did not like the teams interviews, find them a waste of time and a show off between contestants about who's got the loudest voice and who can make the other look bad. Other than that the 1 on 1s are a great way to showcase my abilities and skills, preferred them than the group activities. It can get very "backstabby".
