Contacted after submission of resume for an interview, participated in a short phone conversation and then an in person meeting. This was followed by another phone call and request for a second in person interview.

Interview
Senior Management found my on linked in and requested to have a chat about solar. I obliged, we talked via phone for about an hour. A month or two later they requested to meet at a Starbucks for tea, which we did and had an informal interview. I was then asked to meet the other management and have a formal interview, which also happened. I was offered a job.
