I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Solar Ship (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2016
Interview
Was called about 3 weeks after submitting email application. Phone interview and then an in-person meeting. Interview itself was quite relaxed - conversational style with questions pertaining more to personality and fit than prior experience. Questions were specific to the company and the regions it services - good idea to brush up on international development and lapses in aid availability due to remote locations.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Solar Ship (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2015
Interview
My interview was with the CEO. It was really intense and was way less about my skills and more about who I am as a person. He was very interested in my EQ and didn't seem interested in my education or experience. It lasted for about two hours and I was exhausted afterwards. He described the vision of the company and it was pretty incredible. I left the interview very excited about Solar Ship.
