      Accounts Payable Interview

      Jun 10, 2026
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Thornton, CO
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Solid Power (Thornton, CO) in May 2026

      Interview

The interview process started off smoothly, but communication became very limited as it progressed. After my third interview, which was a panel interview with six people split into three separate conversations of a little over 30 minutes each, I never received any follow-up. I sent thank you emails to each interviewer and left a brief voicemail about a week later, but I received no response. I understand that companies may decide to move forward with other candidates, but being ghosted after multiple rounds of interviews felt unprofessional and disappointing. A simple rejection email would have been appreciated and would have shown more respect for the time and effort candidates put into the process.
