Interviews for Top Jobs at Solitude Mountain Resort
I interviewed at Solitude Mountain Resort
It was good. I got a private tour of the resort facilities. Employees were very nice and helpful. Welcoming work place environment. Made me feel very welcome and needed. Good interview questions.
- What is your work experience?
Anonymous Interview Candidate in Salt Lake City, UT
I applied online. I interviewed at Solitude Mountain Resort (Salt Lake City, UT)
Two phone interviews followed by in person with corporate IT manager. Not offered any weekend days off and vacation had to be used in shoulder season. Job payed far under area average and requires horrible traffic commute all winter nothing was negotiable very take it or leave it attitude.
- They asked mainly about past experiences.
Anonymous Employee in Brighton, UT
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Solitude Mountain Resort (Brighton, UT) in Apr 2012
No interview, the manager asked me if I wanted a job. They have job fairs, but in my case it was just who I knew. The process is very easy, either bring a resume or they have applications to fill out on site.
- How would you deal with a guest that was breaking the rules?
