Too long process first is telephonic ,second is video call and then face to face interview.
HR is good and supportive but MD of the company is too rude and arrogant. He is not behaving properly while interviewing. It feels he was not interested in taking interview. An interview is successful only when interviewer and interviewee both equally participate but MD of the company having so attitude, if you are at such position then respect it even you attain that position by relation itself. At least respect someone time and I suggest you to learn some behavior courses

Interview
The elaborate process of recruitment and selection through assessment centers where the experts were keenly observing the behaviors and attitudes during different situational exercises. This went on for more than 10 hours followed by lunch and dinner in the late evening
The call was through a recruitment consultant and subsequently from the HR representative. The job description and even the groups profile were not clear to them and all the things were discussed with the MD. Although shortlisted the company never came out with their compensation package on their own. The details provided were not exactly correct.
