It was not too hard, they really just wanted to know if you were up for the task. They expect a lot of you as far as being able to figure things out on your own, but they are genuinely nice people. It was with the VP of Operations and the Operations Manager. There was an initial phone interview and then an in person one.

Basic questions - very conversational. Just testing to see your personality and career experience. Was a very easy-going interview, with nothing to stress out about. A lot of the time was spent explaining the internship and the job in general.
