The interview process was very straightforward. It consisted of an initial screening call with a member of the legal team I'd be working with, then a call with the hiring manager, then an on-site interview with numerous members of the legal team. The questions asked during the interviews were mainly to ensure the role was appropriate for both sides, and to establish whether there was a good environmental fit in terms of personality and ability to collaborate and communicate with others on the team. Gaming knowledge was not tested or paramount to the interview process.
