Such a bad interview process. They have called me for interview on monday, took entire day form 9:30 to 5 o'clock, just for 1 coding test and 1 technical round, kept me waiting in reception area for full day. still process was not completed and told that you are selected and please come tomorrow for Manager and HR round and then we are done. again i went 2nd day , they took 4 hours again just for 15-15 min interview, most of the waiting in reception area.
Then HR told that your hiring manager will again take 1 more round , you will have to come again , i denied and told that take telephonic round of necessary.
Hiring manager took telephonic round on Thursday.
Total interview process is not completely disorganised, if they don't have hiring manager in office , why they are calling for interview on 2nd day, for such a senior resource, like no one has any other work, except going to sourcebits for interview daily.
I want to reiterate the same comment as previous review:
One thing which was very strange was the empty office, i saw almost no one there, there was place for may be more then 200 people. though all the cubical was empty. I do read some negative comments regarding the hire and fire policy of the company. Later while interview, interviewer also accepted that they optimize the company to a great deal. I am not sure whats the company policy so can't make any comment.
In manager round , Manager told that they have fired 350 employee out of 450 in just 1 year. after hearing that i cant just trust sourcebits , they can fire any time to any one.
Overall , pathetic experience.
