Sourcepoint Technologies interview questions

Long and went for 5 weeks, had numerous interviews with little to no feedback to a process that kept changing and added a 30-60-90 presentation to it that extended. The COO/founder kept delaying the process and decision and was planning to push out more. They brought another candidate into compete as I was already 5 weeks into the process and then were asking me to wait. Got another offer as it is a job seekers market and this company gave me red flags that they can't scale past one individual. Look elsewhere is there is something better, believe me.

Went through 4 rounds of interviews over the span of a month. All of them seemed to go well and I was told during the last one they would be in touch. 2 weeks later, nothing, I sent a follow up email and still haven’t heard anything, not even a rejection email. I get it, but it’s simple courtesy after four rounds of interviews (!!!) to at least send a rejection notice. It’s incredible rude and unprofessional to ghost candidates.
