Southern Nazarene University interview questions

The interview process overall was straightforward and timely in terms of communication and scheduling. However, the interview itself felt somewhat unstructured and overly casual. While a conversational style can be effective, in this case, it lacked the formality and focus I would expect in a professional setting. It didn’t really offer me the opportunity to speak in depth about my skills or accomplishments. I believe a more balanced approach—mixing open dialogue with clear, role-specific questions—would improve the experience for future candidates.

Application and interview with direct supervisor was the initial step. The next round was to meet with the Athletic Director to ensure culture and department fit. The process was smooth and transparent.
