I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Southwest Key Programs (Houston, TX) in October 2015.

Not complicated they will hire juast about anybody on the spot. They did not seem interested in details just going through the process of hiring somebody. It should have been a red flag for me.

    Clinician Interview

    Neutral Experience
    Average Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Southwest Key Programs (Houston, TX).

    Interview

I was interviewed by the Lead Clinician and Assistant Program Director. The APD at the time came in wearing Crocs which should have been my first red flag. The interview was basic. I asked why the position had become vacant and they went around the question, gave me some kind of politician answer, another red flag. The interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. They took several weeks to call and finally did and I accepted their offer. I then went and completed my background check, fingerprints and drug test.

    Interview Questions

    • They asked if I was willing to be at the hospital all night with a client and still come in the next morning for my shift. The other questions were pretty standard, tell me about a challenge or obstacle you faced, tell me about working on a team or independently, etc.   1 Answer
