Two stage interview process, with a relatively quick turn around. Initially meeting the regional manager then a final stage with the international Director which will likely include a presentation and skill based Questioning and answer section

had an interview with director. it was less than an hour and virtual call. pretty casual but he had a bad connection, which felt like kind of unprofessional. the questions are pretty simple, asking most about my experience.
