Interview
Initial consultation with HR to run through some questions around Security clearance & upcoming changes to the business.
First stage was a 'Cultural' interview to see if you would be a good fit for the team. Strange questions that you could not prepare for around the companies 'Values' - Felt as though there were multiple questions asking the same thing.
Final stage was a 15 minute technical presentation followed by Q&A - The technical presentation was very intense and had to cover roughly 8-10 pre-specified topics.
Q&A felt very scripted and no exploration of skills with a more in-depth discussion.

Cultural Interview. All the questions were phrased as *value* is one of our values, give me an example of how you exemplified *value*? Felt that they were looking on very narrow and shallow metrics. Especially since NONE of their values are written on their site.
