Phone interview. Very heavy accent; difficult to understand questions. Did not ask me much, wanted me to ask him questions. He was not very good at explaining functions of job or what he was looking for. Was just starting round of phone interviews; then would call a few people in for face to face, then would extend a few offers. And of course he needed to hire someone weeks ago.
