Sparky Animation interview questions

Applied online, was asked to come down for an interview, pretty standard interview process: was told about companys mission and plans for the future etc. Interviewed by a producer. I got offered an art test. After I submitted my art test they replied with an offer in a matter of hours. One of the most responsive companies so far. Wish I could join them but their working days are not compatible with mine.
