Spatial Informatics Group Manager interview questions

I applied online and a zoom interview was scheduled. It was a panel interview with three people. One person dominated the interview and she was engaging and pleasant, the other two barely participated and looked bored. Ignoring the two extra people, the interview was decent and felt like a conversation. Salary was not discussed. They made it sound like they would follow up to schedule another interview, but they did not, and I never received any update or rejection email, even after I followed up, which I find quite rude.
