The interview process was very clear, structured, and quick. I had two interviews and first with the COO and the second a technical one. The COO was straightforward and transparent, which helped me understand exactly what to expect from the role and the process. The technical interview was also a very positive experience. The questions were about my previous work and projects, and the team seemed genuinely interested in my experience and how I think, not just in checking boxes.
