Sport Squad interview questions

Sat in a room with HR and two other managers, answered basic interview questions. Employees weren’t very responsive but I was told it was a “great interview” afterwards. No expectations set for the candidate. Then given an assessment. I was not accepted for the management position but was offered a role of customer service representative, I accepted, never heard from Sport Squad and are unresponsive to my emails. Very Unprofessional!

Have sent my resume to the company in school job fair and after more than like 1 months the HR ask if I still wanna come for an interview. I went there and interviewed with 3 people. HR, inventory manager and marketing manager. They majorly went through my resume and told me about the responsibilities of the position. Did a task on Excel.
