The interview was during COVID and was completely virtual. I had a standard phone screening with HR and then a one on one with the hiring manager (CMO). He then asked me to prepare a presentation with set parameters to present to the larger group.

They asked me to do a critique of their current site and make suggestions on how to improve it.
