Initial call with recruiter for basic background then screen with hiring manager. The interview process was markedly poor and a waste of time. Complete ghosting with zero update or follow through for weeks then had the nerve to send me the psychology / etc assessments to waste an hour of my life on with zero feedback after *I* had the to reach back out. Literally not even an email - just a link to the quiz ~3 weeks later out of the blue. They then apparently reposted the role - directly instead of through a recruiting agency - as a Marketing Director shifting gears internally. During my interview the role was described as 70% hands on technically, 30% management / interfacing which seems to have shifted. This isn't a technical shop and the described technical landscape was relatively rudimentary. So, there wasn't really much there to start with. In terms of interview process the process from the hiring manager was literally verbatim "tell my why you are the best man for the job" after a standard intro. Did not find that particularly conductive at all.
