      Decent work-life balance overshadowed by low pay and poor management

      Pros

      Decent work life balance. Good opportunities to earn commissions

      Cons

      Very low base comp Management is out of touch with reality. They recently announced that they are moving the office to Philly, which is going to make a lot of people's commutes much worse, and will increase costs for employees. This was done in a very unempathetic way, the CEO didn't care at all about the downsides and thinks people should be excited about the new office because it has cold brew on tap. Benefits are terrible. The employer contribution to our insurance premiums are way below market rate.

      Some really good people that aren't appreciated

      Cons

      Horrible pay, no work/life balance. No transparency. Fully reactive instead of proactive. Systems are so outdated it's laughable. VP has absolutely no backbone. Most managers have no idea what they're even doing.
