I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Springstone in Apr 2020
Interview
Quick and to the point interview. I was just asked if I ever ran groups and that was about it that I remember. It was a 15 minute process. If anything, I think the interviewing process should be more extensive... Especially for a clinician position.
Applied online. Received call from the Clinical Director to schedule an interview. Virtual interview with the Clinical Director and Activity Therapy Team. The Clinical Director asked a list of questions, while the Activity Therapy Team asked follow up questions. Was offered job the day after the interview.
