      Pros

      Sometimes, you actually get to help people that really need it. Some of your coworkers can be quite pleasant.

      Cons

      Administration is completely disconnected from the rest of the employees. Communication is less than poor. Administration will throw anyone under the bus to protect themselves. Lower level employees are completely expendable, in every sense of the word. Administration is wholly incompetent and incapable.
