Springworks Software Developer Intern interview questions

The interview started with a self-introduction where I shared my background, education, and interests. After that, I walked the interviewer through my projects, explaining the tools and technologies I used. A major focus was on my experience with Google Sheets and Excel. I was asked to demonstrate how I’ve used these tools in past projects for data analysis and reporting. The discussion included formulas, pivot tables, and automation techniques. The interviewer was friendly and the process was more like a conversation than a formal interview.
