Virtual interview with senior leadership and one member of the team. Was competency based and they definitely had a set list of questions they were working through rather than having a conversation. I actually felt like it went quite badly as interviewer seemed like not wanting to engage in conversation or build rapport and was very focused on getting through the questions but I did get an offer.
