Very basic questions about sales experience, fashion knowledge and management questions related to how you would deal with an upset client, how you would deal with a difficult co-worker, how you would handle a suspected internal theft issue, how you would monitor inventory to prevent shrinkage, how well you work with numbers and how quickly you learn, what kind of communicator you consider yourself... etc

Self explanatory questions, there were no right or wrong answers. They want to make sure that you are professional enough to work with the high-end clientele associated with St. John.
The interview process was simple. I met with the store manager and assistant manager for an hour. They took turns asking questions.

I was contacted by the store manager and we set up an interview. The questions were vague and did not seem to be specific enough to important duties pertaining to the job. Although the interview was relaxing and humbling, I did not expect to take anything seriously.
