Die Einladung erfolgte extrem verspätet, über ein halbes Jahr später. Meine Fragen an die Stadt konnten nicht beantwortet werden. Die Gehaltsverhandlung war nicht möglich, es gebe keine Anerkennung der bisherigen Berufserfahrung. Der Frage zur Förderung von Mitarbeitenden wurde ausweichend nur gesagt es würde interne Vergabeverfahren geben, also höchst intransparent.
