Basically none. If you need a job right now, this is the way to get hired today. Fill out the online application, go into the office, do the mouth swipe drug test, do a basic skills test (can you add?)

The hire experience was o.k. until it was time to hear from SMX, I was told they would call the next week and the didn't. I had to call them back to enquire about possible employment.
