There was no interview. I applied online. following week I was asked to go online to schedule a time for an interview. 3 days before interview, I received a call to report to orientation that night Wednesday, or Thursday or Friday to get me working immediately.

Interview
Originally contracted to Staff Pro through another agency, but was impressed and so applied to work with them directly at suggestion of some of the supervisors. Hiring process is excellent, I really like the restrictions they enforce (i.e. background checks etc) as it makes the place seem more professional. The culture is very laid-back efficient, and they encourage team work as well as any company I have ever seen. The interview process for me was very relaxing and much of the process is getting to know you and your temperment, so they can pick people that can mesh in.

Interview
The hiring/interview process was fairly straightforward. If you have a clean background, or one with few relevant blemishes, you're probably in. It should be very hard not to pass through the interview.
