Interview
First stage of the interview was an online test which you could do at home anytime. There were actually two tests first verbal reasoning followed by numerical each around 50 mins.
Next stage was a 30 min telephone interview. General conversation around your role as a Product manager, team setup and your role within the team. Emphasis on distinction between project and product management.

1 stage interview. Friendly and warm. I’m depth, relevant questioning. Feedback received and appropriate, helpful. Questions were job focussed and in depth responses were expected. Conversational approach to interview, with tailored questioning. I believe the same interview was carried out for each of the candidates.

Competency based interview, relevant to role and drilling down on prior experience. Would suggest that approach was consistent for all candidates, both interviewers clearly understood the business and their business area very well.
