Once on rota, you know what you are doing
People you work with are amazing and a good laugh

    Cons

Management is always against you and never by your side
    Passengers
Some duties are too long, no social life or family life
Pay structure is rubbish compared to other companies

    Advice to Management

Stick by your drivers, listen to your drivers, don't max us out because that makes us too tired which is bad because we focus less and let us have some family time

    Pros

The security of working such a huge company, excellent holiday entitlement, strong sense of camaraderie among office staff.

    Cons

Complete lack of dialogue between management and staff, red tape, cramped office conditions, horrible "them and us" type atmosphere.

    Advice to Management

More communication with "lesser" staff would be highly beneficial. At Stagecoach, it's incredible easy to feel lost in the corporate machine, and you'll never feel valued by those pulling the strings.
