There was a reasoning test before the actual interview started. It was easy. The interview consisted of some scenarios and some tell-me-about-yourself questions. The questions were straightforward and you just need to make sure that your answers link to safety.

The interview consisted of a multiple choice driving theory questionnaire, a numeracy test, and a series of questions about my background and how I would respond in certain situations. I achieved a perfect score on both the questionnaire and the test; however, I found that the interview format did not reflect my past experience particularly well. I was extremely keen to become a bus driver, yet I was not offered the role for reasons that were never clearly explained to me. Despite having several years of retail experience and professional driving experience, I was unsuccessful, and the company did not provide any feedback or explanation for the decision.

Called me for an interview. No email confirming what to bring, Nothing about where to park. I arrived, A gentleman put me a small room and gave me papers and said you have 45 mins to fill this out. Didn't even introduce himself. Awful experience and wouldn't recommend the place to anyone. Chester depo. If you do, the question are for kids, just brush up on your road signs knowledge.
