2 stages. The first was with 3 panelists and the last one was a 1 on 1 session, which I found more challenging than the first honestly. I got to the background check stage but it fizzled and later got a declined.

It was an online interview. One interview after 2 written assessments-IKM assessment and odyssey test. The assessments were fair and the interview was very relaxed. They got to know me first as an individual and then asked about current affairs. They then asked questions regarding my experience and academics. The panel was very friendly.

Apply through the application portal, do an assessment that cover GMAT question and then several interviews based on the role. Then the offer stage. You get asked basic expected questions actually.
