Stanford Sierra Camp interview questions

Two rounds of interview. First round is just about you - previous work experience, interests, how you work with teammates. No hard questions and no curveballs. Show and tell after the interview. It was about 30 minutes. Second round is with two managers who want to know about skills for specific jobs you are applying for.

It was a very straightforward process. I applied for the position and submitted a cover letter and resume. I received a phone call within two weeks, and in the following two weeks received an interview. The interview took place with two managers, one being my direct supervisor and the other another closely tied manager. After the interview, I received a phone call within two weeks letting me know that I'd gotten the job.
